We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding the day-to-day business operations for our aerial application business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain relationships with landowners, cooperatives, and distributors to promote our aerial application services.
  • Ensure landowners, cooperatives, and distributors understand the logistics and timing involved with aerial application.
  • Coordinate applicators, ground personnel, and chemical deliveries to ensure timely applications.
  • Oversee pesticide handlers to ensure proper mixing and loading.
  • Ensure safety procedures are being observed.
  • Keep up with changing state and federal regulations.
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned by leader.
  • Regular and reliable attendance is required.
  • Maintain all accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Assist with invoicing and project map details.
  • Assist the branch team with projects as needed.
  • Provide branch team with employee forms and information.
  • Review work for completeness and quality.
Requirements
  • High school diploma.
  • Five years of related work experience is a plus.
Preferred Skills
  • Computer skills including the Microsoft Office package, Windows software, and QuickBooks.
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
