Position: Front Desk Agent

Overview:

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, embodying our commitment to outstanding service. Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service to guests, both in person and via phone.
  • Efficiently manage check-in and check-out processes using computer systems.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions with accuracy and confidence.
  • Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • Strong English communication skills, with the ability to read, write, and speak fluently.
  • Proficiency in using computers and various software applications.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and guest relations.
  • The ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift items up to 20 pounds.
