About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative II to join our team at SPX. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective communication with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve their inquiries and concerns.
  • Process customer orders, including reviewing and verifying order accuracy, and communicating with customers to resolve any issues.
  • Respond to customer claims and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
