Job Title: Lead CSR/Teller

About the Role:

Fifth Third Bank is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Lead CSR/Teller to join our team. As a key member of our Financial Center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Experience:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
    • Provide follow-up to customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
    • Ensure timely and effective communication with customers, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information with discretion.
  • Operations:
    • Collaborate with the Financial Center Manager to ensure accurate and timely completion of monthly cash counts.
    • Partner with the Financial Center Manager to gather and report monthly FCA requests.
    • Perform daily office responsibilities, maintaining a high level of efficiency and productivity.
    • Ensure accurate balancing and reconciliation of financial records.
  • Referrals:
    • Identify customer needs and refer customers to Bankers and business partners for consultative conversations.
    • Build and maintain a working knowledge of retail products and services offered.
    • Utilize tracking tools to monitor referrals and ensure follow-up.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Extensive cash handling experience.
  • Strong knowledge of retail policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility in scheduling.

Working Conditions:

  • Normal office environment.
  • Extensive viewing of computer screens.
