As a Patient Service Representative Float, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service and support to our patients and families. You will work closely with our healthcare team to ensure that our patients receive the highest level of care and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional patient service and support to patients and families
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Schedule appointments and direct callers to appropriate staff for assistance
  • Work within an electronic medical records system to collect and manage patient information
  • Collect patient payments and apply payments and adjustments to patient accounts
  • Balance daily encounter forms and cash drawers
  • Perform additional daily administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 year of customer service experience required
  • 1 year of healthcare experience preferred
