Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in monitoring asset management throughout the inventory process.
  • Coordinate with facility personnel, suppliers, and clients for on-site service requirements and deliveries.
  • Organize and maintain both electronic and physical filing systems for the team.
  • Support the arrangement, logistics, and setup of meeting rooms and facilities for training sessions and gatherings.
  • Act as the backup Receptionist, managing incoming calls, mail, and correspondence as necessary.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and safe workplace by assembling furniture, hanging artwork, and performing other office maintenance tasks as required.
  • Provide assistance to operations staff with general office functions and needs.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Self-driven with a preference for a fast-paced work environment.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team, occasionally under tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and dedicated to producing high-quality work.
  • A foundational understanding of free-market principles and a commitment to advancing the organization's mission.
