Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at Remington. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, preparation, and presentation of our menu offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development and Execution: Collaborate with our culinary team to design and implement new menu items, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Kitchen Operations: Supervise and direct the preparation and presentation of all menu items, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Staff Management: Lead and motivate our kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and service.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of all kitchen supplies and ingredients, ensuring we maintain optimal levels and minimize waste.
  • Cost Control: Monitor and control kitchen expenses, ensuring we meet our budgetary targets.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all menu items meet our high standards of quality, presentation, and taste.
Requirements
  • Culinary Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience as an Executive Chef, with a proven track record of menu design and recipe creation.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with our culinary team, management, and other stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
