Job Overview

Compensation: $24-$26 per hour

Are you an experienced and dynamic professional looking to make a significant impact in the property management sector? This full-time position offers an opportunity to work with one of Central Oregon's leading property management firms. The role requires a commitment from Tuesday to Saturday, with the option for onsite living.

Position Summary

In this role, you will oversee daily operations, which include leasing, collections, resident engagement, maintenance coordination, general office tasks, and adherence to policies and procedures. While onsite living may be optional, working from the management office is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in supervising administrative, marketing, and maintenance teams.
  • Regularly assess property conditions to ensure proactive maintenance.
  • Manage and coordinate with vendors, including landscapers and maintenance technicians.
  • Oversee capital improvement projects.
  • Facilitate effective communication and relations with residents.
  • Monitor and manage resident payment practices.

Qualifications

The following qualifications are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required for this position:

  • Experience in real estate, resort management, retail, or property management is advantageous.
  • Basic understanding of property management and financial principles.
  • Familiarity with Yardi software is preferred.
  • Strong customer service orientation and focus on results.
  • Positive attitude and resilience in various situations.
  • Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and training.
  • Ability to adhere to the outlined schedule and provide after-hours emergency support when necessary.
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times while on duty.

Cambridge Real Estate Services offers competitive compensation, incentive bonuses, medical coverage with an annual HSA contribution of $4,150, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, paid holidays, company events, and a 401k plan with a 100% match up to a 10% contribution. (Benefits may vary based on position and hours worked.)
