  • Coordinate with the Community Manager for cleaning and repairs of vacant apartments
  • Lease in accordance with applicable government regulations
  • Comply with Fair Housing and Landlord-Tenant regulations
  • Complete necessary documentation and reports

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Salary: $22-23 per hour based on experience, plus benefits

Benefits Package: Includes Medical, Vision, and Prescription Insurance, Dental Insurance, 401-K, Vacation, Sick Leave, and Paid Holidays

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience or a college degree

Essential Duties:

  • Represent Guardian Management with professionalism
  • Assist the Community Manager in achieving operational goals
  • Adhere to legal compliance in all activities
  • Welcome and conduct tours for prospective residents in line with Fair Housing standards
  • Effectively communicate the features and advantages of the community to potential residents
  • Inspect units and coordinate necessary repairs
  • Facilitate the application process for prospects
  • Manage leasing efforts and maintain resident relations
