  • Comply with Fair Housing and Landlord-Tenant regulations
  • Complete necessary documentation and reports

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Salary: $22-23 per hour based on experience, plus benefits

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • One year of relevant experience or a college degree preferred

  • Represent Guardian Management professionally
  • Assist the Community Manager in operational tasks
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws
  • Welcome and conduct tours for prospective residents while adhering to Fair Housing guidelines
  • Effectively communicate the features and advantages of the community to potential residents
  • Inspect units and coordinate necessary repairs
  • Guide prospects through the application process
  • Manage leasing activities and resident interactions
