About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Culinary Operations Manager to join our team at Summit Food Service LLC. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the work of employees to ensure efficient and high-quality food service operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement culinary strategies to improve menu offerings and customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise and train culinary staff to ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Coordinate food preparation and presentation to meet quality and presentation standards.
  • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless food service operations.
Requirements:
  • At least one year of prior culinary experience in a high-volume establishment with an emphasis on scratch cooking.
  • Complete knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High-level product knowledge and ability to provide excellent customer service.
  • Experience supervising a team and managing inventory and supplies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Food Handlers certification.
Compensation and Benefits:

$24.00 per hour

$1,000 Sign on Bonus ($500 after 90 days, remaining after 180)
