As a Regional Sales Director at Dynatrace, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals in driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the SLED market.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets
  • Building and mentoring a high-performing sales team
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales enablement and customer success
  • Monitoring competitor activity and industry trends to inform sales strategies

Requirements include:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in leading enterprise software sales teams
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles
  • Experience with sales cycles, prospecting, qualification, and closing
  • Strong consultative selling methodologies and MEDDIC experience
