Position Overview:
As a vital member of the tax team, you will play a key role in the preparation and management of tax documentation and processes. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Preparation of Tax Returns: Assembling and submitting tax returns to clients and government entities.
  • Support for Tax Department: Assisting with the organization of tax documents, including scanning and filing.
  • Workflow Management: Overseeing the tax workflow to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • E-filing Responsibilities: E-filing tax returns and extensions while monitoring acceptance statuses.
  • Administrative Support: Providing assistance with report processing and front desk duties as necessary.
  • Communication: Composing and editing various forms of correspondence, including letters and meeting minutes.
  • Deadline Management: Managing tax due dates and ensuring timely delivery of tax-related documents.
  • General Administrative Tasks: Supporting various administrative functions such as filing, scanning, and supply ordering.

  • Completion of coursework from an accredited college/university or an Associate's Degree.
