Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related business field is required; a degree in Accounting from an accredited institution is preferred.
- Compliance with or progress towards the 150-hour rule is preferred.
- Experience as an intern in a public accounting setting and/or 6 months to 2 years of public accounting experience is preferred.
- Strong technical, research, organizational, and analytical skills are essential.
- Familiarity with paperless accounting software is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and other relevant software applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
- Ability to meet deadlines consistently.
Physical Requirements:
While performing the responsibilities of this position, the employee will frequently be required to sit, stand, reach, walk, drive, kneel, crouch, crawl, and lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
