Job Description

We are seeking a talented and results-driven ABM Manager to drive account based marketing campaigns and initiatives at Retool.

The ideal candidate has a creative approach to account based marketing, experience marketing to developers and engineering leaders, a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns and generating pipeline, and the ability to build a strong partnership with their Field counterparts.

The ABM Manager will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to identify and target key accounts, create campaigns, and measure the success of marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to engage target accounts, including account identification, content curation and creation, campaign execution, and measurement
  • Collaborate across business segments to create personalized content and messaging for target accounts, including email campaigns, social, webinars, events, and other marketing channels
  • Utilize marketing automation, CRM, and other tools to implement and track campaigns, measure performance, and optimize efforts for continuous improvement
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify target accounts, assess their needs, pain points, and preferences, and tailor marketing campaigns accordingly
  • Monitor and report on the success of initiatives, including key performance indicators (KPIs) such as pipeline generated, revenue influenced, engagement metrics, and other relevant metrics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, account management, and product, to ensure efforts are integrated into the overall marketing and sales strategy

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience of email/database marketing
  • 2+ years experience planning and executing hosted and sponsored events
  • 2+ years experience managing direct mailer campaigns/gifting programs
  • A deep understanding of digital advertisements - LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads and Bing Ads
  • Demonstrated experience working across marketing functions, collaboratively with global stakeholders from customer success, operations, data, product, and engineering teams
  • Experience measuring, analyzing, and reporting performance of programs and campaigns and developing optimization strategies
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Hubspot (or other similar CRM and marketing automation tools)
  • Strong project management skills, with an ability to keeping multiple work streams and cross-functional partners and vendors in sync around timelines
  • Ability to come onsite, in-office 3 days a week
