The Opportunity

We're seeking a seasoned Director, B2B Campaign Marketing to drive revenue growth through global coordinated campaigns. This individual will collaborate across Worldwide Field Operations, Field Sales, B2B Product Marketing, and GMO to develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with Adobe's go-to-market and revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and lead comprehensive campaign strategies, including ABM and field marketing programs, to drive pipeline and ARR growth.
  2. Build and maintain positive relationships with sales, sales operations, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
  3. Lead and develop an impactful marketing team to achieve organizational goals.
  4. Identify, measure, and optimize key programs, achievements, and resources to drive marketing performance and value.
  5. Pilot and test innovative marketing initiatives to generate actionable insights and improve campaign efficiency.
  6. Lead and be responsible for the successful execution of marketing projects, including budgeting, resource allocation, and delivery of deliverables.
  7. Collaborate cross-functionally to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and develop standard methodologies.
Requirements

We're looking for a proven B2B marketing leader with:

  • 10+ years of experience in high-tech B2B marketing, with experience in cloud marketing a plus.
  • ABM and Field Marketing expertise, with demonstrated success in leading ABM, Digital and field marketing programs within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • 5+ years of experience managing and developing high-performing marketing teams.
  • A data-driven approach, with strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance, identify insights, and optimize strategies.
  • Technical proficiency in marketing technologies, including automation platforms, ABM tools, analytics, and CRM.
  • An innovative and growth mindset, with a willingness to adopt new technologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • A deep understanding of B2B customer needs and the ability to translate them into effective marketing campaigns.
