Director, ABM Strategy Lead

PagerDuty is seeking a seasoned Director, ABM and Marketing Strategy to lead our Global Demand Generation team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic programs that drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute an ABM strategy that aligns with the company's revenue goals, leveraging an integrated mix of inbound and outbound tactics.
- Oversee the planning, development, and execution of marketing programs targeting specific verticals, including the U.S. Public Sector.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success leaders to identify and segment high-value accounts, conduct in-depth account research, and understand GTM priorities and goals.
- Build and manage a team of ABM and vertical marketing program managers, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to execute successful ABM programs.
- 8+ years of experience in demand generation roles at a SaaS company, with at least 3 years in a senior-level people management role.
- 3+ years of experience leading account-based marketing programs in partnership with enterprise sales organizations.
- Experience with ABM tools and marketing automation platforms.
- Proven track record of building successful trusted partnerships with internal stakeholders to craft programs that are metrics-driven in their approach.
