Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our New Mobility team. This individual will be responsible for managing sales relationships with customers and developing strategies to drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the robotics and software industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales relationships with customers and develop strategies to drive revenue growth
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and resolve issues
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets
- Collaborate with Sales Director to establish and monitor the sales process
- Plan, lead, and manage the quote process for targeted Magna divisions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and account management
- Substantial knowledge of robotics and software commercialized as a service
- Proven track record of closing deals
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in customer-facing roles
- Experience documenting and reporting updates and current onsite activities
- Exhibits excellent written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and hands-on experience
