Job Title: Senior Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Relationship Manager to join our team at AmTrav. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our corporate clients, identifying opportunities to grow their travel programs, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively monitor key metrics to provide consultative support and guidance to clients, helping them to continuously improve their travel programs.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts and develop and present proposals for additional services or new business opportunities.
  • Manage new client implementations from start to finish, maintaining relationships for the lifetime of the account.
  • Work closely with our Sales team to turn opportunities into wins and drive business growth.
  • Conduct training sessions on our booking platform A2B and provide ongoing communication to clients to ensure a high level of customer service and issue resolution.
  • Analyze large volumes of information to identify trends, opportunities, and risks for each account.
  • Excel at working cross-functionally with our Sales and Traveler Services teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years in a professional client relationship role within a corporate travel environment.
  • Strong understanding of corporate travel, including booking processes, vendor relationships, and travel policies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client service.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%, including conferences, training, and out-of-town client meetings.
