Business Development Liaison

Biote Medical, the world leader in hormone optimization, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Liaison to join our team. This role will be based in the Los Angeles region and will focus on supporting our sales efforts in the area.
We are looking for a candidate with a passion for changing healthcare and a desire to work in a dynamic and collaborative sales environment. As a Business Development Liaison, you will be responsible for developing relationships with qualified physicians and practitioners, and for selling the Biote Method to them.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Acquiring and retaining extensive knowledge of hormone replacement therapy
- Effectively conducting physician, staff, and patient training in Biote's business protocols
- Recruiting suitable physicians and other practitioners through professional and effective prospecting, appointment setting, and presentation skills
- Cultivating and maintaining mutually productive partnerships with practitioners to grow new and current practices and maintain patient retention levels of 60% or better
Requirements for the role include a Bachelor's degree, a minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in a business-to-business model, preferably in the medical device, diagnostics, and/or biotech industries. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software is also required. The ideal candidate will be able to travel approximately 70% of the month and will have a home office capability with reliable high-speed internet access.
