Job Description

At IDB Bank, we are committed to providing exceptional service to our clients and customers. As a Customer Service Representative - Account Opening Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our Commercial Banking team in the account opening process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Opening and Onboarding: Assist in the preparation and review of account opening packages to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Serve as an intermediary between the Commercial Banking team and other departments within the Bank, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the account opening and onboarding experience for our clients.
  • Training and Development: Conduct training sessions to keep the team updated on procedures, regulations, and system enhancements.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in banking, specifically in account opening and onboarding.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 per year.
