Your key responsibilities will include receiving and reviewing purchase orders for accuracy, creating SAP deliveries, and providing timely information to customers. You will also review pricing and supply pricing in accordance with established pricing lists, process order amendments and acknowledgements, and fulfill customer and sales representative requests for product information, including samples and literature.
In addition, you will be the point person for our end users' buying team on order and product status questions, collaborate with the Business Development Manager on customer opportunities and issues, and coordinate special projects and assignments as required.
To be successful in this role, you will need an Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or three years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred skills include Microsoft Office Suite, SAP experience in a sales support setting, and com experience.
