Carter Lumber is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the Installed Sales Manager. This role involves coordinating program functions to ensure timely and accurate processing of paperwork, as well as working closely with Superintendents and Field Installers to ensure smooth job execution.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the Installed Sales schedule and ensure timely updates.
- Manage the flow of required paperwork and maintain accurate records in the database.
- Ensure delivery of materials is scheduled and jobs are ready for work.
- Communicate effectively with field installers and Superintendents to ensure seamless job execution.
- Create service requests, orders, and POs in the P.O.S. system.
- Ensure schedules are kept and jobs are completed in a timely manner according to contract.
- Ability to prioritize daily responsibilities and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, organize, prioritize, and coordinate work activities.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and provide recommendations to solve problems.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Knowledge of Buildertrend.
- Knowledge of Teamwork.
- 1+ years of experience in building supplies.
- Type 60+ words per minute.
