Job Title: Electrolux Account Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Electrolux Account Manager to join our team. As an Electrolux Account Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and developing relationships with assigned direct customers in a specified geographical area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Single Family Direct Account Setup: Establish budget and upgrade/options for community or project specifications.
  • Single Family Direct Account Execution: Manage extra PO's, shipment tracking, training, parts, and invoice accuracy.
  • Multi-family Direct Project Oversight: Schedule, manage order trackers, change orders, and complete paperwork.
  • Maintain Direct Account Model Homes: Ensure effective brand strategy displays.
  • Act as Liaison: Between the customer and distribution center partners to drive job site readiness and address field-related issues.
  • Resolve Daily Market Concerns: Monitor returns process, participate in market distribution center calls, and ensure invoice accuracy.
  • Escalated Issues: Handle escalated issues and work with service to identify and utilize the best market option for the customer.
  • Sales and Training Calls: Make sales and training calls to assigned accounts.
  • Review Customer Packages: Ensure alignment with company goals and profitability.
  • Influence Profitable SKU Usage: Communicate new product launches and handle back-end exception tasks.
  • Voice of the Customer: Ensure effortless ownership experience.
  • Represent Electrolux: At trade and industry shows/appearances.
  • Control Personal Business Expenses: Submit timely expense reports.
  • Share Successful Selling Techniques: With colleagues.
  • Meet Planned Goals: In all targeted categories.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Basic knowledge of various sales concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Working knowledge of the indoor appliances industry preferred.
  • Some merchandising experience preferred.
  • Prior sales experience, preferably within a durable goods capacity, a plus.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Mature and balanced approach.
  • Demonstrate strong product interest and commitment to building product knowledge.
  • Organized and disciplined self-starting approach, with a goal-oriented drive.
  • Excellent interpersonal and selling skills.
  • MS Office proficiency with focus on Excel.
