Job Title: Account Manager

LyondellBasell North America is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including regular communication and visits
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cross-selling and upselling
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer service teams
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the chemical or polymer industry
  • Proven track record of sales success and achievement of business objectives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
