We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Relationship Manager III to join our team at EverBank NA. This role will be responsible for establishing, developing, and maintaining relationships with our most complex business clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain an active prospect list, outreach plan, and referral sources.
- Assist Regional Commercial Banking Manager with establishing team volume targets and P&L management.
- Serve as the primary advisor for a portfolio of complex commercial relationships.
- Engage Bank partners to provide a complete suite of deposit, loan, and related business services.
- Contribute to growth of the bank through origination of new commercial loans and deposits, and related fee income.
- Provide a high level of customer satisfaction and retention while facilitating the resolution of customer needs and issues.
- Identify, gather, and analyze information to assess credit risk, establish viability of sources of repayment, and determine appropriate loan structure.
- University degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience required; 5+ years preferred.
- Prior experience as a Commercial Lending Officer in the C I space.
- Experience with sponsor finance and/or companies with private equity ownership.
- Knowledge of commercial credit, banking products, and analytical/technical skills.
