Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities with commercial bridge lenders and single-family fix and flippers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key principals of these firms, providing expert advice and education on Pacific Premier Bank's deposit and loan products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to ensure seamless execution of customer requests and achieve customer goals.
  • Assess the creditworthiness of prospective clients, evaluating risks and making independent threshold determinations.
  • Manage and maintain existing client relationships, monitoring financial condition and business aspects, and responding to clients' daily and long-term banking needs.
  • Develop individual marketing strategies and approaches to promote Pacific Premier Bank's financial products and services.
  • Maintain a high level of market intelligence in the commercial bridge lending and single-family fix and flipper industries.
  • Support Bank compliance efforts by completing relevant courses and maintaining expertise on banking products, delivery channels, and regulatory issues.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of financial commercial credit or lending experience, with prior experience with commercial bridge lenders and single-family fix and flippers preferred.
  • Proven record of developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Pacific Premier Bank offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $131,221.20 to $196,831.80, plus a business line incentive and comprehensive benefits package.
