Job Summary

Woodward is seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our global sales organization focused on delivery of growth for assigned product and solutions in the Services segment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong background in industrial engine, turbine, or electrical power systems related market segments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute global and regional sales plans and strategies that support company growth and profitability objectives in the Services segment.
  • Work closely with marketing and product managers to provide input to the development of new product strategies and roadmaps to meet Services portfolio growth objectives.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in progressive sales and/or marketing leadership experience, preferably in industrial engine, turbine, or electrical power systems related market segments.
  • 5+ years of experience in leadership work.
  • 5+ years of experience working with a technical/engineered product serving complex accounts and channels.
  • 5+ years track record of results working for a multinational company with a diverse, global customer base.
  • Bachelor's degree in Arts/Sciences.
