As a Global Services Sales Director, you will play a key role in driving growth and profitability for our Services segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute global and regional sales plans and strategies to support company growth and profitability objectives in the Services segment.
  • Lead the disciplined use of account planning process and targeted customer acquisition and growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product managers to provide input to the development of new product strategies and roadmaps to meet Services portfolio growth objectives.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in progressive sales and/or marketing leadership experience, preferably in industrial engine, turbine, or electrical power systems related market segments.
  • 5+ years of experience in leadership work.
  • 5+ years of experience working with a technical/engineered product serving complex accounts and channels.
  • 5+ years of track record of results working for a multinational company with a diverse, global customer base.
  • Bachelor's degree in Arts/Sciences.

  • Estimated annual base pay: $162,000 (minimum) - $203,000 (midpoint) - $244,000 (maximum).
