Job Title: Aftermarket Sales Representative

Crown Equipment Corporation is seeking a skilled Aftermarket Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling contract maintenance programs for material handling equipment and catalog parts sales.

Responsibilities:
  • Pursue new business opportunities and develop key existing accounts in an assigned territory.
  • Analyze sales opportunities, identify key personnel, and develop strong business relationships via cold calls, presentations, and follow-up on leads for new business.
  • Develop sales strategies, proposals, and forecasts to drive sales growth.
  • Prepare quotations, cost reports, performance reports, and customer correspondence to ensure seamless communication.
  • Develop and conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations to showcase our products and services.
  • Utilize online resources to maintain accurate records of sales calls, customer files, and sales activity information.
  • Discuss sales activities with management to ensure alignment and goal achievement.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalency; Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, entrepreneurship, professional selling, or related business program preferred.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, organizational, and computer skills.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record; ability to safely operate lift trucks.
