**Key Responsibilities:**
• Nurture long-term relationships with clients to build a loyal customer base.
• Demonstrate consultative selling skills to assist customers in selecting a vehicle that meets their needs.
• Continuously develop product and sales knowledge to become a subject matter expert in luxury automotive sales.
• Stay up-to-date on product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies to provide expert guidance to customers.
• Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles to showcase their features and benefits.
• Follow up with customers to ensure successful referral business and provide exceptional customer service.
• Develop strategies to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
• Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding sales objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
**Qualifications:**
• Available to work flexible hours and weekends as needed.
• Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred.
• Willingness to learn new product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry developments.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and team members.
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• 3+ years of experience in auto sales, with a focus on luxury automotive sales.
• Strong internet and phone selling skills.
