The Senior Operations Executive's primary responsibility is to oversee the various divisions within our PSSI Sanitation enterprise, ensuring the maintenance of exceptional service standards while prioritizing team member safety, food safety, and meeting or surpassing budgetary expectations as outlined in the PSSI Mission Statement.

THE WORK YOU WILL DO:
As a Senior Operations Executive at PSSI Sanitation, you will manage the daily operations of your region, collaborating with cross-functional teams to emphasize operational excellence, service enhancements, and growth initiatives.
You will serve as a pivotal leader within the organization, exemplifying a culture of compliance, safety, and a People-first value system throughout your division.
This role will report to the Senior Vice President of Sanitation.Additional responsibilities may include:
Regular communication with direct reports, including coaching, development, performance expectation setting, and establishing performance goals to support succession planning within each division.
Guide teams in understanding the connection between strategic objectives and tactical priorities by providing ongoing feedback and formal evaluations during mid-year and year-end reviews.
Plan, direct, and coordinate operations to support the Company's growth while overseeing revenue generation to meet or exceed sales growth expectations.
Proactively ensure standards for service quality, safety, team member relations, and performance are upheld while anticipating customer requirements and expectations.
Establish and nurture long-term, effective corporate customer and networking relationships through active participation in business, customer, and community boards.
Collaborate, communicate, and problem-solve with peers, cross-functional teams, and the executive group on strategic initiatives and action plans.
Stay informed on information, procedures, and technologies affecting functional areas to enhance innovation and ensure compliance while fostering change related to continuous improvement.
YOUR MUST HAVES:
10+ years of experience in operations within a food production or sanitation environment.
A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of government regulations (EPA, USDA, OSHA).
Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of learning new software programs.
A valid driver's license.
Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

This position is primarily home-based, with travel to corporate headquarters, customer sites, or plant locations, which may require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, hard hats, and ear protection.
