Insight Global Analytics Specialist – Data, Insights, & Analytics

Join a dynamic team that is driving significant impact and supporting the expansion of a rapidly growing enterprise. As a member of Insight Global's Data, Insights, and Analytics division, the Analytics Specialist will collaborate with senior leadership to enhance decision-making processes, uncover new revenue streams, optimize resource distribution, and serve as a subject matter expert in leveraging data science for business advancement.

Overview and Requirements:

o Reports to the Data Science, AI, and ML Manager

o Must be adept at engaging with executive leadership, addressing inquiries, and sharing insights

o Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth entrepreneurial environment

o Commitment to remaining informed about the rapidly evolving fields of data science, AI, and ML

o Minimum of 3 years of experience in a data science or predictive/prescriptive analytics capacity

o Proficient in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar

o Strong skills in Python (or R) and SQL

o Expertise in utilizing advanced analytics to tackle business challenges

Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities

Responsibilities:

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the organization

o Employ statistical methods to tackle significant and high-visibility business inquiries

o Develop predictive and prescriptive models to enhance optimization across all business levels

o Establish sustainable data science frameworks, processes, and protocols that can scale with the organization

o Partner with leadership to identify business challenges and deliver solutions through AI and ML

o Work alongside product and development teams to integrate AI/ML model outputs into internal platforms

o Monitor, assess, and report on the true incremental impact and ROI of AI/ML initiatives

o Stay informed on industry trends and advancements in AI/ML

o Convey complex data insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
