Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all accounting functions and departments within the organization.
- Lead the management of budgets to improve operational efficiency.
- Formulate and execute financial strategies, including risk management initiatives.
- Direct financial planning, strategy, and forecasting activities.
- Perform analysis of budget and operational performance.
- Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor financial outcomes and implement corrective measures as necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in a senior financial management role.
- Professional accounting certification is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in computer applications and MS Office.
- Outstanding communication and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of corporate financial regulations and risk management practices.
- Experience in data analysis and forecasting techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with numerical data.
- Experience in the healthcare sector is advantageous.
