About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Office Associate to join our team at CarMax. As a Business Office Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business office, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the functions of all store departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete administrative tasks to support all store departments, including financial transactions and paperwork processing.
  • Provide customer service by greeting customers, guiding them through paperwork, and communicating effectively with customers and business partners.
  • Maintain coverage at the information desk and answer multi-line phone systems.
  • Learn and succeed as part of a team, working collaboratively to prioritize the customer experience.
Requirements
  • Customer service experience and a strong customer focus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Good listening skills and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills, including word processing and spreadsheets.
