Position Overview

This is a full-time remote opportunity for a Construction Operations Manager at Bancare, Inc. The Operations Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects. This role involves designing and executing project plans, maintaining direct communication with contractors and designers regarding project budgets, staffing, and timelines. The Operations Manager will also prepare project status updates and ensure compliance with contract specifications.

Qualifications for Construction Operations Manager

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Capability to work autonomously and remotely
  • Relevant Project Management certification is advantageous
  • 1 - 3 years of supervisory experience in project management preferred
  • Familiarity with Procore is a plus

Requirements for Construction Operations Manager:

  • A bachelor's degree in a recognized design or construction-related field is mandatory
  • Experience in design-build, construction management, and hard-bid projects
  • Experience with ground-up construction projects
  • Experience specifically related to high-end office renovations
  • Ability to track project expenses, conduct cost analysis, and generate project reports
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and web applications
  • Outstanding collaboration, analytical, communication, and time management skills
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related role as an individual contributor is required
  • In-depth knowledge of departmental functions and processes
  • Entry-level experience with BIM is preferred
