Position Overview
We are in search of a dedicated and experienced Construction Operations Manager to join our vibrant team. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented individual to lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and overseeing construction initiatives to ensure timely completion and adherence to budgetary constraints.

Key Responsibilities- Oversee and direct construction projects from inception to completion.
- Conduct in-depth project reviews to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
- Coordinate and manage construction teams and subcontractors.
- Monitor daily work progress.
- Ensure adherence to quality construction standards and appropriate techniques.
- Analyze, manage, and mitigate project risks.
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements, building codes, safety inspections, and local regulations.
- Prepare internal and external reports regarding project status.
- Proactively plan to prevent issues and resolve any emerging challenges.
- Negotiate contract terms, draft agreements, and secure necessary permits and licenses.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry as a Project Manager or similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing construction projects from inception to completion.
- Familiarity with construction/project management software.
- In-depth understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
- Excellent knowledge of relevant regulations, quality standards, and human resources.
