Job Title: Account Coordinator

Join our team as an Account Coordinator at LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics, where you will play a key role in driving sales and customer satisfaction in our retail accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct retail sell-thru and execute promotional programs in retail accounts, following HQ direction.
  • Recruit, engage, and motivate in-store personnel (Beauty Advisors and Selling Specialists).
  • Partner with Education to provide new and ongoing product and sales training to in-store staff.
  • Train at-counter team on selling through overstocks and discontinued items.
  • Execute visual plans in territory for all generic and promotional events programmed with the account and with Guerlain.
  • Responsible for client registration specifics, working with Beauty Advisors, encouraging and assisting in updating the customer files.
  • Maintain Guerlain counter image at accounts (e.g., cleanliness, effective use of merchandising units, proper placement of product lines, etc.).
  • Monitor the performance of gift with purchase and all sampling programs.
  • Conduct productivity evaluations for all in-store staff in territory on a monthly basis.
  • Participate in events as required.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of prestige beauty sales experience; multi-store sales experience preferred.
  • Spanish speaker preferred.
  • Prior experience as Business Manager, Sales, and/or Training.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Achievement oriented.
  • Solid business acumen and good financial aptitude.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Multifunctional with strong organizational skills.
  • Must be able to drive and maintain valid driver's license.
