About the Role

Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 7:00am-4:00pm. This role is perfect for someone who values a Monday-to-Thursday work schedule and a comfortable daily routine.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support our daily operations. Key responsibilities include managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate filing systems, handling correspondence, and assisting with bookkeeping tasks.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment is essential.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree is preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation Package

As an Administrative Coordinator, you can expect a competitive salary range of $45,000 to $55,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. Our compensation package includes benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
