Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify changes in patient conditions, including pain management and symptom control.
  • Facilitate communication between patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Prescribe medications and order necessary diagnostic tests in accordance with state regulations.
  • Participate in on-call services, providing support during evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • A valid Nurse Practitioner license and certification.
  • Experience in palliative care or advanced illness management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently and make informed clinical decisions.
