Senior Customer Success Manager

Iron Mountain is seeking a seasoned Senior Customer Success Manager to join our Professional Services team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for driving customer success and growth through strategic account management, customer engagement, and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive adoption, retention, and expansion of our technology solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level customers, understanding their business needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide world-class customer support and enablement.
  • Conduct regular customer engagement sessions to assess product functionality, best practices, and new product features.
  • Drive customer growth through data analysis, identifying trends, patterns, and new opportunities.
  • Responsible for timely, complete, and accurate input and management of customer activity to management.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong analytical background, specifically focused on customer success performance metrics.
  • Ability to communicate professionally to senior-level roles, both internal and external.
  • Minimum of four-year college degree.

Reasonably expected salary range: $76,900.00 - $102,500.00
