Customer Success Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and goals.
- Provide proactive support and guidance to clients to ensure they're getting the most out of our payment solutions.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement account plans to drive business growth and revenue.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance, marketing, or business.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the financial industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
