Job Title: Customer Success Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and goals.

  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement account plans to drive business growth and revenue.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance, marketing, or business.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the financial industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
