Role Summary:

We are in search of a proactive and customer-oriented Appointment Coordinator to enhance our team. In this role, you will be tasked with delivering exceptional customer service via phone, ensuring that every client receives outstanding assistance. This is a full-time, remote position that demands superior communication abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and address customer inquiries with professionalism and promptness.
  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up with clients and confirm scheduled appointments.
  • Provide customer support through phone, text, and email, accurately documenting client information in our systems.
  • Maintain and update customer data as they progress through the sales process.

Work Schedule:

  • Shifts vary weekly.
  • Work hours are structured over 5 shifts that may change each week.
  • Weekdays: Earliest shift starts at 7:45 AM and ends at 4:15 PM; latest shift starts at 10:45 AM and ends at 7:15 PM.
  • Saturdays: 8:45 AM to 5:15 PM.
  • Sundays: 9:45 AM to 3:15 PM.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Ability to learn and utilize various software platforms (Market Sharp, Five9, Hatch).
  • Availability to work on weekends.
  • Prior experience in customer service or sales is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail in data entry and customer interactions.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Extended periods of computer use.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Hourly wage: $16.85 plus bonuses (average total compensation exceeds $50k).
  • Hourly wage: $22.
  • 8 paid holidays annually.
  • 80 hours of vacation time per year.
  • 40 hours of sick leave.
  • Access to company insurance plans, allowing for health, dental, and vision purchases with pre-tax dollars at reduced rates.
  • Eligibility to participate in the company 401(k) plan after 90 days.
  • Celebration of all birthdays and significant milestones.

Work Environment:

  • Remote office setting.
  • Frequent use of office equipment, including computer, keyboard, and mouse.
