Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Client Support Specialist III to join our dynamic team. As a Client Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless payroll processing for our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Oversee and manage designated portfolio of clients, providing comprehensive support and training to ensure seamless payroll processing.
  • Training and Support: Assist clients with the training and ongoing use of our web-based human capital management products, empowering them to maximize the system's capabilities focused on benefit management.
  • Benefit Analysis: Help clients analyze payroll reports and develop reporting to meet business needs.
  • Customer Service: Resolve incoming calls and support cases, delivering top-notch customer service with every interaction.
  • Professional Development: Work directly under company management to deepen your benefits knowledge and become an expert in the field.
Requirements
  • Industry Experience: Proven knowledge and/or experience in customer service and operations within benefits, ACA, payroll, and human resources functions.
  • Communication Skills: Strong phone and web-based customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Multitasking Ability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong verbal and written skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Analytical Skills: Solid math and analytical skills to effectively support clients.
  • Educational Background: A BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
