Job Title: Client Development Support Specialist

At Renovate America, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Development Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will provide operational and transactional support to our customers, including contractors, property owners, lenders, and municipal partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide transactional support for contractors, including applications, product details, and finance document generation.
  • Offer over-the-phone sales support to contractors while they are with customers, explaining the benefits of the program and the details of the home improvement project financing.
  • Stay current on process/policy changes and ensure quick implementation into existing process flows.
  • Execute de-escalation techniques while supporting both the Support Line and Escalation Line.
  • Handle complex workmanship/contractor complaints, including situational assessment and escalation to Compliance.
  • Adhere to company compliance rules and financial institution regulations.
  • Provide overflow support for Underwriting and Post Funding inquiries and escalations.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma required, or equivalent.
  • 1+ year(s) in Customer Service; Contact Center experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced work environment and enjoys multi-tasking.
