Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Client Support Specialist III to join our dynamic Client Support team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless payroll processing for our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a designated portfolio of clients, providing comprehensive support, training, and issue resolution.
  • Assist clients with benefit renewal builds, working with brokers and client contacts to obtain all necessary benefit data.
  • Upload employee data and enroll employees in benefit plans, ensuring clients have all necessary data in payroll platform for proper ACA reporting.
  • Train clients on open enrollment function, benefit administration, and troubleshoot benefit discrepancies.
  • Help clients analyze payroll reports and develop reporting to meet business needs.
  • Resolve incoming calls and support cases, delivering top-notch customer service with every interaction.
Requirements
  • Proven knowledge and/or experience in customer service and operations within benefits, ACA, payroll, and human resources functions.
  • Strong phone and web-based customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Solid math and analytical skills to effectively support clients.
  • A BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
