About the Role

The Ceva Veterinary Sales Territory Manager is a key member of our sales team, responsible for growing business in an assigned geography by selling the full line of Ceva's Companion Animal products in veterinary clinics. This role requires a self-motivated, results-oriented sales driver who can leverage relationships and build consultative sales approaches to improve the health and well-being of pets across the nation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with veterinary clinics, including veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and practice managers
  • Provide solutions to meet customer needs, including staff trainings, promotional activities, incentives, and contests
  • Partner with Distribution Sales Representatives to maximize opportunities and selling time
  • Collect and share information about competitors and market trends
  • Negotiate with key decision-making buyers and collaborate with Regional Managers to facilitate negotiations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years proven track record in outside sales, preferably in a fast-paced business-to-business sales environment
  • Acceptable driving record
