Administrative Office Specialist Position at Preventive Plus

Preventive Plus is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to become part of our team as an Administrative Office Specialist. In this role, you will be instrumental in facilitating the efficient functioning of our office by managing a variety of administrative responsibilities and offering support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and uphold office protocols
  • Oversee document management systems
  • Welcome and assist guests
  • Respond to incoming calls
  • Coordinate schedules for appointments and meetings
  • Draft correspondence, including emails and memos
  • Perform basic financial record-keeping tasks
  • Address client inquiries and issues
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in office administration
  • Understanding of fundamental bookkeeping
  • Familiarity with office machinery
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
