Position Overview:

In this capacity, the Senior Executive Assistant will oversee the academic responsibilities of the physicians, which includes the creation and upkeep of curriculum vitae within our client's database system. This role demands a collaborative and research-oriented mindset. Additionally, the individual will manage the financial aspects of the physicians' annual budgets, expenditures, and grant allocations. We are in search of a highly experienced professional who is technologically adept, innovative, and capable of spearheading initiatives for their executive leader.

Senior Executive Assistant Details:
  • Schedule: Standard business hours, Monday through Friday, in-office.
  • Compensation: $45.50 per hour.
  • Employment Type: Contract position lasting 6 months to 1 year, with potential for permanent placement.
Senior Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
  • Manage the schedules and calendars for 6-8 physicians, including travel coordination, daily adjustments, and extensive interaction with organizational leaders and their support staff.
  • Prepare expense reports for travel and other miscellaneous costs, maintaining detailed records, liaising with internal accounting personnel and external vendors, and performing necessary financial calculations.
Senior Executive Assistant Qualifications:
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in executive support and overall coordination.
  • Advanced skills in word processing, email, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software (Microsoft Office).
  • High School Diploma or GED.
