Hammes is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Executive to lead the execution of complex healthcare projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project development, from feasibility analysis to project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in project feasibility analysis and conduct project visioning sessions with clients.
- Lead A/E qualification, selection, and contract negotiations.
- Supervise programming and planning efforts of selected architects.
- Develop and adhere to detailed development budgets and schedules.
- Obtain required project public approvals.
- Provide design direction and manage the overall design process.
- Review design development and construction documents.
- Lead GC or CM qualifications, selection, and contract negotiations.
- Evaluate construction allowances, contingencies, and general conditions.
- Provide construction administration and review change order requests.
- Monitor GC or CM performance and coordinate physician office suite development.
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly budget reports and invoicing.
- Coordinate equipment procurement and installation.
- Prepare project overview and status report presentations.
- Promote Hammes services through thought leadership and business development efforts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 8+ years of progressive healthcare project management experience.
- Strong project budgeting, contract negotiations, and scheduling skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with executive-level clients.
- Ability to multitask and manage project aspects effectively.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows applications.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
The Senior Project Executive will provide leadership and oversight for Project Executives and Project Specialists, ensuring the efficiency, effectiveness, and professional development of the team.
